Rooms: great, spacious, everything is provided for you upon arrival and room service is provided Service: not great, no support after hours or information during emergencies. Lots of noise that wasn't handled. Front desk closes at 5pm sharp, so if you are working and living here it isn't great. Others: no AC so summers are terrible Location: Decent, a tram ride away from all you needed with a sporting club next door.

Little paper work prior to arrival. Relatively low rent. New building, furniture etc. You only pay the rent, no additional charges for electricity or whatsoever. Some events happening in the nearby Maison de l'Etudiant. - No reception except during working hours. In case of problems in the evening or over the weekend (e.g. electric fuse blown), you can only call the reception of a different residence on the other side of Nice, and if you're lucky someone gets into their car and comes to help you. - Cleaning is included but poor. Couldn't tell what day the cleaning was happening because the floor was equally clean/dirty before and after. Cleaning does not empty bins. Cleaning staff also sometimes appear in the apartment randomly during the day (on days other than the supposed cleaning day) for non-obvious reasons. - No social interactions whatsoever between residents, people live pretty much in isolation there.
Spent great 5 days here. It is quite when most of students are off. All services were fine.
