Excellent food and friendly service.
Yet another excellent meal in probably the town's best restaurant ( and there's some tough competition ). We had salmon fish cakes to start , followed by beautiful tender guinea fowl with delicious Panna Cotta. All this at an unbeatable 19 euros lunch time menu.

Beautifully prepared and presented food a la nouvelle cuisine. Fantastic flavours from a small (ish) menu. We ate on a Monday night (when most other restaurants are closed) and it was busy. All 9 tables booked and approx 20 covers. Only one waiter who was very friendly and definitely earned his wage that night. If I had one criticism it would be that when we asked for more bread to go with our main course, there was none available. The chef (& proprietor) Michael came out to speak to diners and was very friendly. Although an Englishmen he spoke excellent French!
