Very clean, friendly staff. If you are passing by Lille, try it for last minute reservation. I reserved after midnight through booking and everything went smoothly.
Sorry. Last post was wrong. EXCELLENT staff, great food. Changed from 1 * to 5*. Would recommend this to anyone. Also local business staff use this so must be good. Not far to walk (2min) for the Metro (tram) to the city centre.
Dinner was not too nice. Out of the 4 dishes they had on the menu they only had 2 available. The hot buffet option and one of the 2 steak options weren't available. The steak was not really the nicest and the starter buffet was not very special either. However, the breakfast buffet was very nice, although it ended quite early at 10am

The hotel is super clean and the rooms also. I loved the location which is close to public transportation and city center. The staff were more than friendly.
Very clean, staff very helpful. Great price. About 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Lille. Fab place.
Stopped for three nights on rugby tour. The rooms though basic were very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and food very good. Enjoyed our stay.
