It was a nice experience.. I went there to sign the Integration contract. OFFI People are very friendly and explained all the things in detail.. They updated the documents and will arrange French learning class if required.. You can ask them any doubts and they are more than happy to clear it all. All of them are fluent in English and no need to worry if you don't speak French. The Office opens by 8.30AM. Basic procedure: Once there, Show the invitation letter & passport. They will give you a seat in a cabin with some 10 people and explain all important laws and rules.. They will give you some documents (english & french). Then there is a small Test, it will be in French but dont worry its simple... Just read a paragraph and answer the questions type. After that they will call you for a personal meeting, will ask you general questions and all. Then they will check the French proficiency and provide you necessary training if required... Then a simple medical where x ray of chest and blood pressure are checked.... Its over you can go home. It will take around 3 to 4 hrs maximum.

I'm waiting for the OFII for 5 months! By the way, OFII had to invite me during the first three months in France. They simply don't answer via email or phone. Hate this organization. Without it I can't get CAF - but they don't care. Burn in hell!

The worst office in the communist street. I have to wait 6 month for the OFII stamp and these mediocre bureaucracies just don't care
