The Store The store was well-stocked, which showcased all the selections available. The new flavours were given it's due recognition and placed in a perfect balance, so as not to confuse consumers. However the store branding was placed out of view, the best way someone could find the place, either if the person noticed this pin on Google Maps, was passing by or saw the information on the board. The Staff Love my interactions with the staff, she arrived to assist me at the perfect time (when I felt useless, as I thought I knew everything before entering the store). Brought 6 packs, some based on my preferences, some based on the staff recommendation and some based on a feel good factor. Although the staff could have suggested a taste trial, which might have compelled me to buy more. Highly recommended, Glad to experience the consistent professional customer service, matched to none.

Unfortunately after spending more than 200 on capsules I was refused a coffee.......the extremely rude hostess replied " even if you spend over 1000, we only serve a coffee to people who wish to try the new coffee machine......" Wednesday 31st July 2019 at around 8.50am

Personnel tres sympa, cependant je ne mets que 3 etoiles car j’ai payer 5 de parking... pour etre resté 15mn (seule 10mn sont gratuites) donc s’il ya un peu de monde c’est fini... Donc 5 de parking pour 21 d’achat ce n’est pas agreable. C’est parfaitement independant de nespresso qui j’imagine depend de roissy cdg... mais si n’avez pas d’avion et que vous allez labas « juste » pour acheter des cartouches autant aller a rosny le parking est gratuit
