I would like to recommend this store. We went on Friday, May 3th and the complete staff took care of us. They were really helpful and kind. We had a great moment and we were well advised. If all store staff could be like that it will be an amazing experience each time. Thanks to all.

Bought 2 perfumes because of a promotion of 20% of on second perfume. But I was billed the full amount for both. REFUND of 15 euros is being denied by the highly inefficient BUYPARIS customer service who have sent me responses after 6 emails. When I came to the cash counter with my first perfume (Chanel), I saw the 20% offer and asked the lady if I could buy the second perfume and get 20% off and she said yes. She said the discount will be applicable to the perfume of lesser value and only because of this reason I bought the second perfume (Fahrenheit). Your person at the store did not mention any 'fidelity program' to me and neither was there any details in the store. Your customer service is now telling me that I should be part of some Fidelity program; This is utter rubbish and is not mentioned anywhere in the store or on the internet and your sales person also did not mention anything. I think I should be given the 20% discount as this was the only reason for my second purchase, else I wont be buying anything from your store EVER again. THANKS FOR NOTHING! I bought a few items at terminal 2 on the 24th of Feb , i was charged twice for a clarins item... I realised when I landed . I called and was told to send an email which I did with receipts.... my email has been acknowledged but no response yet...... please I am still expecting a response and how I can be refunded.

Paris airport duty free store BuyPARIS charged me twice deliberately and refused to refund. Dear WANG QING, The Manager of the Store reverted to us concerning your request, please excuse the delay of this answer. She made the verification of the stock of the store for these items. It turns out that the theoretical and concrete stocks are equal. It means that all the products sold were taken by our customers. I submitted a complaint with Buy Paris Duty Free when I returned to Canada two weeks ago today. I must say that their complaints department was spot on! The agents were very attentive and sympathetic to my situation. I'm very gratified to have received word today that I will receive a full refund. I am very confident in the integrity of this company and can highly recommend their service.
