If I could give -10 stars I would. The most awful service I have ever experienced. I was entitled to a 20% discount after buying 2 perfumes. When I approached a sales representative, she was extremely rude in front of all the customers, telling me that it was my responsibility to let them know that I wanted the discount. Obviously won’t be coming back here. Customer service in Paris seems to be non existent.

This shop presented me with a real life dilemma: should I buy a 4kg bag of sour skittles knowing I would probably not be able to exercise enough self-control to stop eating them all while waiting for a delayed flight. Really makes you think...
