I spent 4 weeks and the result amazes me. I can speak so much better and the entire process was incredible. Teachers were kind and supportive as well as super energetic. My host family was absolutely amazing. In general the entire trip was unforgettable and definitely worth every second.

I was an au pair in Rouen for two months and had the amazing professor Ms. Valeria! She made class so much fun. I truly enjoyed my experience here at Alliance Francaise de Rouen. After 4 weeks of intensive courses at the Alliance Française of Rouen, I concluded that it is an excellent experience for those of you who want to boost their french skills. My conclusion is based on three main reasons: 1) Learning a language is getting submerged in the culture of the country who speaks that language. This is exactly the vocation of this school. They organized trips and activities during weekdays and weekends that allowed us to learn the language faster and from another perspective, unlike traditional schools. Moreover, the Normandy is a french region full of activities regardless of your interests. 2) We all have the \fear of unknown\ and especially when we arrive alone in a foreign country. However, the staff of this school will not make you have this feeling since they were very friendly with us and welcoming. 3) The professors are skillful and competent which is a great chance for people who learn the language for their work or studies. You have the opportunity to reinforce your writing, listening, speaking skills before attacking your french related career.

It has been an absolutely beautiful and one of my best trips! From the host families to the teachers, everyone is very helpful and understanding. I love how everything is so well organized. All the places we visited were amazing. We learnt a lot of practical things in the classes at Alliance Française Rouen and the teachers were really nice and sweet. On a whole, my experience was amazing.

I had a wonderful learning experience at Alliance Francaise de Rouen. I wouldn't say the french lessons were that easy in fact it was quite a challenge for me but it was a great way to expose myself to the French people, language and its rich culture. I highly recommend it. The teachers were very helpful, one of my favorite is Laurent, a very funny and good teacher if I might add.
