An excellent place to visit in order to understand the importance of ochre color for the region and the rest of the world. The guided visits are magnific and the staff is really friendly and has great knowledge on the subject. Definitely worth a visit.

A lovely visit where you learn all about ochre. Would recommend to do after the ochre trail as you will visualised better some of what is explained.

Wonderful site to learn about the industry that shaped the area. Mostly self-guided, so lots of opportunity for reflection. They are keeping the ochre heritage alive by working with young artists. The gift shop is a must-see for anyone who works with pigment and mixes their own colors. So glad we happened upon this place while visiting Rousillan.

Nous avons passé une excellente matinée dans ce lieu avec 1 atelier de peinture de 2h où nous avons pu réaliser nos propres peintures à partir de pigments puis la visite libre du musée-usine qui est très bien mis en valeur. Nous reviendrons pour la visite guidée qui a l'air également très intéressante.

Super expérience ! Nous avons été très agréablement surpris ! Je vous recommande fortement la visite guidée, le guide était super et nous a beaucoup appris, à la fin de la visite les ateliers peinture vraiment intéressants !

Luogo interessante e ricco di storia, cultura del lavoro e di umili tecnologie. I laboratori didattici sono essenziali ma formativi. Peccato che non abbiano ancora puntato degnamente sui servizi offerti. Le guide, ovviamente, sono solo in francese!
