The space is not bad, it is quite like the pictures. Bad news come when you go to your room and find that there are not many of the things you would need in any appartment. There are a pan and a pot and thats all, not any cooking knife, skimmer, strainer, wood spoon,... There was no cleaning stuff at a begining. The manager told me at first place to buy those things myself if I wanted to do some cleaning! After exchanging several mails with the person, finally they provided me a brush, dust picker, mop and bucket. There are enough plates, glasses and cutlery (table knives, spoons and forks) but, in my case, they were DIRTY! Like if they were not washed since last time they were used. I told that to the manager and he answered me that it was fault of the last occupant of the room hahaha I did not have a pillow and again I had to ask for one. I think that for this price they should be a little more considerate and take more care about these details. The WiFi sometimes runs very slowly, I never managed to connect to Spotify

Résidence étudiante très calme, idéal pour travailler. De nombreux commerces et bus sont à proximité et le personnel de la résidence sont agréable et réactif.
Très calme. Cadre de vie agréable et favorable pour le études. Les responsables sont sympas et répondent aux attentes.
pour la seconde année en location mon avis: la responsable de la résidence est très présente et répond rapidement par mail a vos questions, un peu juste au niveau de la vaisselle et prévoir ses propres, seau , balai ,pelle et serpillière. convient bien a de trés jeune étudiant grâce a la présence du gardien qui vit sur place et qui est trés réactif lorsqu il y a un probléme. et c est plutôt rassurant.
