Recently I visited the Hospital at Saint Cere, Lot, France, as I had a severe allergic rash. One doctor refused to deal with me and said \English...GO HOME!\. Another only saw me after I said I was leaving, having had some advice from my own doctor in England by phone. The second one had been in the quiet Urgence department for nearly an hour and knew I was there. Do not use this hospital unless you really have to! I have written a 3 page letter in french to the Director with my complaints.

Très bon accueil , délai d'attente dans des proportions raisonnables , étant habituée à des services beaucoup plus grands. Prise en charge correcte , explications claires , personnel attentif . Je suis ,sommes toutes déçue de tout ces avis négatifs, ce personnel soignant est à notre service 24/24 , avec tous les problèmes longuement médiatisés . Peut etre faudrait il appliquer le système du service privée ,c'est à dire , sortir la carte bleue avant de dénigrer par la suite derrière un clavier ! J'ai honte pour tout ces gens ! A vous personnel soignant, continuez la tète haute à nous soigner et ignorez ces propos diffamatoires!
