Good service when I went there to get some new license plates.

Good place , good guys. Quick repairs. Deadline respected. Like to have a quicker reception. The guys are loveable but they need help when there is more customers.

Asked them to exchange my summer tires for winter tires. They threw away my summer tires without checking with me. Very poor customer service, I would strongly recommend you find somewhere else to go.

One of my windows plastic latch broke down and I got an appointment here four days later. That was all good, had it only been that they fix these kind of problems. All I needed was that my window was put back up in normal closed position so it did not rain inside the car. So I arrive for my appointment and I had to wait for 10 minutes just staring at the guys at the desk discussing something and pretending they did not have any customers in the same room. Finally they stopped talking to each other and was ready to help customers, 10 minutes after my appointment had started. I told them first that I had an appointment and showed them my appointment card (which they gave me four days earlier ) and they were really hesitating to talk to me, almost as if I tried to lie about my appointment. I saw that my name was written for an appointment this time in their big book at the desk and pointed at that. Then they finally agreed to help me. I told them about my problem and showed on my car outside and they said really quickly that they cant fix problems like that. So that means that I had been waiting four days to get my car fixed only to be told that they could not do it anyway. They told me to get to Folco auto and talk to Greg, Great guy and probably the only one in Gex talking English, but I had already waited four damn days for this and I knew from beforhand that Folco auto had way more busier time schedules. I am, as you reads here, obviously not french so I made sure to use Google translate so there was no misunderstanding about my problem, but I got the appointment even when they knew exactly what was wrong with my car. This is not a place to go if you dont speak french, and especially if you don't know that there is different type of garages in france that only fix certain things.

Oh dear. Not good. In fact, down right dangerous. First they ordered the wrong tyres - car tyres for a van/ commercial load vehicle. Then when they fitted them they didn't pump them up properly, tyre pressure was too low & different on all corners. But most worryingly, they neglected to tighten 4 bolts so they were still finger lose when I got home, and hadn't torqued any of the others. Response when took it back was to shrug & ask me what tyre pressure & torque I wanted. Er....? Regulation pressure & torque please. Checked it myself again afterwards - tyre pressure still wasn't right & some bolts were over-torqued. Stay away. Stay away.
