Wonderful little church located at the heart of the \old Lyon\. Gothic style, with a more traditional feel to it. If you want to know what a real French church looks like well you should really check it out. It has a lively community with regular mass and activities. Here you can assist to mass in Latin. Be sure to check it out if it's your kind of thing. Lovely place, a bit like a time capsule.

A beautiful Church located on the right side of the Saône river. Unfortunately it was closed when I visited but thoroughly admired the building. This is a neo-gothic architecture and a listed monument. It's particularly stunning if viewing from the Passerelle Saint George Suspension Bridge as one really appreciate the beautiful Church façades. Of note is the main entrance door with the pediment showing Saint George slaying the dragon. It's also on the Vieux-Port of Lyon which is the old city. Beautiful Church to look at.

Unfortunately, the church was closed, and I was able to admire this graceful building only from outside. The sculptures of Saint George slaying the dragon over the door and the two saints (one of them John the Evangelist) to either side of it are handsome.
