Well, what can I say apart from fabulous! After being refused travel to the UK with my dog due to an expired injection I had to find somewhere she could stay for 12 nights. I contacted Clare who immediately responded with a flexible solution for us. After meeting her and visiting the site I immediately felt calm and knew my girl would be in safe hands. Clare arranged the new injections and even the transport and liaised with the transport team on our behalf. I cannot thank her enough for helping in a situation that could have been a disaster. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

My dogs love it at Claires! She is so professional. They have stayed there loads of times. Would recommend.
100% would NOT recommend these kennels! Despite having to pass through three bolted doors, our cat escaped and hasn’t been found. We were also given an unsatisfactory excuse for his loss, which the owner wouldn’t (perhaps couldn’t) substantiate. Our dog was put into a room with no run. There was dog muck outside, some of which had been stood in (photos taken). Had we not have been booked on a ferry the same evening, we would not have left our animals here. Finally, we accepted recommendations for these kennels in good faith from people on an expats Facebook group. It was only later we discovered ALL SIX were Facebook friends of the kennel owner. If anyone doubts these comments and is still minded to leave their pets here, then at least make an inspection visit first; something we didn’t do as a result of trusting those six recommendations. These kennels are definitely NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!
Very caring, looked after my cat well. Recommend to everyone. I was worried about leaving my cat as I have never left him at all. I worried all week with guilt but there was no need he was very happy and that made me happy.
