Based on TripAdvisor reviews and friend recommendations, we enjoyed our first meal with friends at Rond De Carrotte. It’s small, welcoming and the food is presented very well and tastes absolutely delicious. We would visit again, but maybe for an occasion or if we wanted to have something different and less Savoie. We all agreed that an atmosphere was the only thing that was missing. Some background music would have increased the enjoyment of eating here. It was very quiet, even with occupied tables around us. Apart from that, this is a little gem in St Gervais. Five stars for the food and service.

Pricey, but very nice meal and very friendly staff
We live in the region and my husband took me to this cozy restaurant as a birthday surprise. The waitresses were very attentive and kind. We got the menu and the food was exceptional. I wouldn't mind slightly bigger portion sizes, but in the end I was quite satisfied and didn't feel too full to explore the little mountain town of Saint Gervais. They also prepared a wholesome dish and dessert for my two year old son, which was very thoughtful. We will definitely go back.
Superb. A peaceful and cosy restaurant serving excellent food, carefully prepared and beautifully presented. Having been a regular visitor to St Gervais for 12 years this is in my opinion the best cuisine in this area.

Visite très agréable ! Personnel extrêmement accueillant et très chaleureux. Les plats sont faits maison avec de très bons produits, nous nous sommes régalées. Merci encore pour votre gentillesse malgré la dureté de cette période :)
