Friendly staff. The young woman who informed us took the time to explain the activities and gave us hiking tips. Perfect English!

Very helpful can buy pass for 7 days or longer which is worth while for all activities. Swimming, ice skating, and lifts as far as Megeve. In centre of village.

Little English spoken by the agent, which I wouldn't expect anywhere except in a tourist information. All the answers to questions that I had were looked up on Google, which is the same level of effort that I had already gone to. On a positive, it's central, modern and seems to contain a lot of info and brochures on the area, plus it houses the company of mountain guides.

I booked my 14 year old son's ski lessons with ecole francais with their represantitive within the building.4Feb AM.Yes open on a Sunday and I also purchased my son's ski -lift pass a micro pass initially and then an unlimited pas within the Tourism Office as well actually directly opposite the ecole francais booth.Literally 10 metres away from that ecole francais booth. The first contact via the booth was excellent. The young French lady spoke perfect English and had a winning smile. The person dealing with lift-passes was Enlish and very friendly too.I popped into the Tourism Office two or three times re info. They were all delightful the UK could learn a lot from the French about cusfomer service and simple Courtesy.Unfortunately Boris and the obscene Brexit has put the kibosh on that. The building is large and spotless and all staff there that I met personally for a variety of different info.enquiries spoke perfect English and were able to answer my enquiries with a smile.
