We missed our service appointment in Saint Lo last week. They were extremely helpful in making a new one for us.
Be warned - this workshop adds a \Citroen\ policy car inspection, charged at 36 Euro even though you may only want a Devi, which they say is \free\! They do not tell you they do this and add this charge to the Devi. If you refuse the Devi they then charge for the inspection that you did not ask for and we're not told about. In reply to Dicoma Statement :- We were told by the manager there that Devis were free of charge. After checking with Citroen UK we were told that the diagnosis or estimate charge was a standard procedure at Citroen *BUT* the customer should be told about this at the outset - not afterwards as at Dicoma. Besides after deeper investigation we established that the fair repair cost is two thirds the cost of a Citroen repair.

Très très sérieux au niveau prestations et le personnel très aimable et serviable envers le client.
RDV pris ce matin pour entretien véhicule on repart obligé de revenir dans 15 jours car oublie de prêter un véhicule ! Une honte on ne fais pas déplacer les gens pour rien dans ce cas ... !!!
Pas de négociations possibles. Pac imposé de choses pas forcément utiles tapis 80 par exemple plus d'autres choses pour un montant de 900 à peut près.
Très bon accueil, rapidité de la prise en charge et livraison à l'heure précise.
