There isn’t much to do in this town after 10pm only several places are open. The bartenders are very rude towards Americans, I came here several times and had good time overall but I had to wait for drinks and was treated like a 2nd class citizen. I started leaving large tips and that didn’t even seem to help. All of my colleagues agree
