This Place has the least expensive cars in the city and good quality cars . It is confusing with which train station to go to but hey, it’s a lot less expensive than other places, so what’s a short train ticket from old town to here!

Very happy with the service. Easy to book online, responsive staff when I had to make a change, car was impeccable and staff was helpful. Only one small thing (not really their fault): the agency is BEHIND the buildings to the right of the train station, so I did roam around for a bit before finding it. It would be helpful if they told customers exactly where they were. But, minor. My first experience with Sixt but not my last one.
very helpful and friendly service
staff completely took advantage of our group and misfiled each invoice with an 'upgrade fee', though only 1 of the cars could be considered an upgrade as it was different in category than the one booked. They never mentioned to any of us that we would be paying for an upgrade or that there were options of vehicles, they simply handed us our keys when we arrived.
Friendly and helpful staff with good English which greatly helped 6 Australians with bad French! Service for pick up and drop off was quick and efficient. Very convenient location.
Located next to Saint-Pierre-des-Corps train station - not to be confused with Tours train station in the city center. The renatl office is on the right side of the train station - coming out of the station. English-speaking staff. I advise to get a car with automatic transmission, navigation, and 360 cameras - unless you've a lot of experience driving in France. The parking lot Sixt uses is a public \payant\ lot, it may be hard to find an empty spot coming back. Check you route before leaving the lot too.
