And what an experience it was. The vehicle we hired was a compact luxury. A little over 30.000 km's on the clock. Very little instruction given - 15 mins. Discovered after we left that the drivers side wiper was broken. Fridge didn't work on gas. Dirty, found cat food in nooks, fire extinguisher fell off the wall and a mudguard fell off on the motorway. Despite pointing out out previous damage at pickup we still had to pay. Lucky we had them wind out the awning or we would have been charged for that also(Broken and holed). No conflict resolution process through McRent head office. Once they have your money it's a waste of time trying to resolve issues reasonably. Disgusted with this company..Hire from Germany instead.
