An interesting, unique and beautiful place to spend an hour in St Emilion .

We spent a couple hours at Les Cordeliers and loved it. It was fun to visit the cloister, see the restoration and hear the story of the Franciscan Monks who occupied the site in the 1300's to 1789. We had a great time on our 1 1/2 hr walking tour including the wine caves - and then a 'Cremant de Bordeaux' sparkling wine tasting. English speaking guides! They also do the tour on a tuk tuk if you don't want to walk, but really not a lot of walking. Might bring a sweater for the cave walk. You can buy picnic items after your tour (or without a tour) - baguettes, sausage, terrines, spreads etc. and eat at the tables in the beautiful garden.
Amazing place relaxing with very good wine
Not a wine bar. A winery offering their own wine. No tastings. Pay by the glass. also offers tours of their winery
This place offers a walking tour of their 3 kilometers of underground cellar storage which is fascinating. They talk about the monks and the history of the town - but it’s all in French unless you get lucky that your whole group is English and then they will bend the rules for you (kind :). Ends with three small samples of their sparkling wine . We bought a bottle for 26 euros and sat in their lawn garden and loved it!
my favorite place in saint emilion. I recommend try some crémant here, you can enjoy drinking it and watching at some beautiful views of this magnificent town
Excellent sparkling rose with cheese chorizo and bread in the cool of the garden
FANTASTIC !!! Such a cool place. We took the tour and it’s totally worth it. The lady taking us on the tour made the experience very enjoyable. Great experience and we loved their sparkling!!!!! Thanks for the great time.
