Worst workshop experience I have had. Good parts were changed to new parts and old parts left in. They gave a rebate but I still lost a lot of money because the thing I came for was not fixed. NOT RECOMMENDED to go there!

Not happy with their service. I have a company car that has been rented and the rental company has agreements with Feu Vert and First Stop to name a couple. Went to Feu Vert just cause I tossed a coin, they were welcoming at first and had to take an approval from the rental company to change the tires. They proceeded to take my info and make the request. Said they would get back to me. A week and a half later after I called them to follow up they said, they did not get back to me as the request was refused. I checked with the rental company only to find out that no request was made and there was no record of it. Feu vert insist that they made the request and said they would send me the email correspondence between them and the rental company. 3 weeks later and still no emails. The rental company sent me to First Stop and First Stop did the whole thing in 30 min on the spot. So be warned if you have a rental car with tires included in the price.

We must have caught the staff on a bad day. We were looking for great box oil on the shop and asked for some very basic infirmation but the man we spoke to (in good French so it wasn't because we are English) was abrupt and rude. It seems as though all the staff were in a bad mood that day.

Good selection of snow chains on the shelf, they even stocked chains to fit our motorhome which aren't available in the supermarkets.

I booked in online but due to a time zone difference on my phone I arrived at the wrong time but the still managed to fit me in and replaced 2 tyres quickly and at a good price

Du jamais vu...pas de service montage des pneus. Never experienced anything like it. Rude and obnoxious staff refusing to help in any way.

They wrongly diagnosed problems with the car and repaired the wrong part of the car (and we paid for it, of course). After repair, the problem was not solved, but they refused to admit their mistakes and correct them.
