A fantastic, friendly and responsive service from JP, Nathalie and Conciergerie. From months before with advice on ski hire and lift passes to ensuring a mature handover on arrival. We have visited Samoens a few times over the years, and we've used Conciergerie du Grand Massif for the last two years. We cannot thank JP and his colleagues enough for the fantastic hospitality, welcome, attention to detail and support before and during our stay. It is hugely reassuring to have both the luxury and flexibility of our own accommodation whilst we are on holiday, but with the reassurance that the chalet has all been taken care of and our holiday can run smoothly. Visited beautiful property in Samoëns. Very well appointed chalet. Central location, within perfect reach of everything. There was plenty to offer from the Concierge, from delivered shopping and pre booking of catered meals if wanted. The Chalet was very clean and the hosts were very helpful and on hand if you should need assistance. I would definitely recommend this property and would definitely visit again.

A group of 7 - we visited a first class apartment in Samoëns for a few days skiing. Communication from Jean Pierre prior to our arrival was exceptional. We were offered various options, ski transfers, ski hire, discounted lift passes which we accepted & were purchased and ready on our arrival. Various other offers, meals, VIP card offering discounts. Jean Pierre & Nathalie met us upon arrival and gave us a comprehensive tour of the beautiful apartment we stayed in. JP & Nathalie ensured we had all the information we needed to make our stay extra special. Departure was also seamless.
