We booked our equipment direct by email and when we collected it on the first day of our skiing it was a lot easier to sort as everyone wanted different items. The equipment was all in a good condition and if we wanted to swap bits we could. It was great that we could leave our stuff at the shop over night to dry ready for the next day. The shop is ideally located at the bottom of the main lift so no walking into town each day with ski boots on. The team would always say good morning to us and were very friendly.

Friendly, helpful service whether with skis in the winter or with a bike this summer. Would recommend. One thing to check is opening times - Google said 8am but waited until 8.50 for anyone to show on the day I visited.

We were running late for a lesson. We had paid our deposit online so they kitted us out and sent us off without worrying about taking our money. I struggled with my boots on the first day being a novice so when we dropped them back they found 3 alternatives for me to try and made sure I was happy. Easy to find. Helpful and happy staff. Very good value. Made life very easy for us newbies.

Brilliant service and quality equipment, staff very friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hire from any other shop in Samoens. Perfect location at the bottom of the ski lift. Excellent heated locker for boots and ski storage included with rental. Fantastic price. Easy online booking system. Highly recommend.

Staff know their business. It’s a great location across the street from the gondola and village buses. The staff took extra care to kit us out and worked patiently and professionally. They have a terrific range of gear and you can’t go wrong. Did all our bookings online so when we arrived everything was ready.

We hired equipment from this store. The staff were fantastic and the equipment was quality. The allow a place to store the skis and boots for your time at the slopes and it is free and part of the service . We lost property in the shop and the staff kept it safe and returned it to us so very trustworthy. We will go back there a;ways.

We visited Samoens very recently for the first time. We are a group of 6 people who all hired our skis from Xtreme Glisses. They were professional, efficient and the whole process couldn't have been any smoother. When we come back to Samoens, we would definitely use them again.
