Thank you to Mr Poissoneau at VW Sartrouville (Societe Dacy) for helping put some air in my bicycle tyres today (25/01/2014). Being Saturday the workshops (ateliers) are usually closed and when I visited Renault across the road (Bello Automobiles) the woman on the reception was very rude to me and did not offer to help despite having no customers when I asked. I tried Societe Dacy and despite the atelier being closed, Mr Poissoneau took a portable air pump out of a car and helped me put air in both tyres. If he had the attitude of the woman at Renault he could have said 'sorry, the atelier is closed, I can't help' but instead he decided to help which says a lot about his character and possibly VW employees in general. My 2003 Renault Scenic may need to be replaced one day soon but even if their sales people are nice people and offer great deals, I will not return to Bello Automobiles based on the experience with this woman and I will not hesitate to recommend to friends to visit M. Poissoneau at Volkwagen / Societe Dacy across the road because the way he treated me today says a lot about his character It's strange but it can be the 'small' things that make all the difference especially in these times in which car sales in France continue to decline each year. J'ai apprécié ma visite chez ce concessionnaire. Les commerciaux, la secrétaire et le chef d'agence sont très àgréables, à l'écoute, très attentif à vos demandes et essaient de faire de leurs mieux pour trouver des solutions dans l'intérêt du client. En plus leurs gammes de véhicules sont de qualités et très intéressantes. Je n'hésiterais pas à les recommander à mes proches.

Acceuil digne d un régime communiste. En fait je pense que ça doit la marque qui veut ça car malheureusement c est le cas dans beaucoup de concession vw. Sinon pour les réparations le boulot semble être fait correctement.

Comme trop de concessions/garage d'aujourd'hui. Personnel moyennement sympathique, difficile d'avoir des explications claires et transparentes. C'est sûr que le plein de fric qui n'a que des voitures neuves de moins de 3 ans est beaucoup plus rentable et soigné que celui qui a une occasion de 8 ans. 3 semaines pour un diagnostic, parfois plus pour des réparations ... de qui se moque t'on ?
