We had problems with our Volvo during our trip from the Netherlands to Corse with our 3 young boys. We made a stop at Volvo Mulhouse. The people were very kind and helped us instantly. Perfect service and they fixed the problem within 1.5 hour. Thank you very much, due to you we made it on time to get the ferry to Corse!!!

Excellent service! We were on the road from Belgium to Italy when our airco stopped functioning. With temperatures of 35 and more not very comfortable... We stopped at this Volvo garage in Mulhouse, close to the highway. We feared to get a response that they wouldn’t have time as we didn’t have an appointment. But the friendly lady at the reception told us: no problem, we will have a look. Less then one hour later the airco was repaired and the repair was done as a gesture: we didn’t have to pay anything (although our XC90 is more than 4 years old with more than 175000 km). Very nice and positive experience, the best promotion for the brand! Good to see that customer service mindset still exists without immediate commercial motivation! Un grand merci!

L accueil au service des véhicules neufs au TOP. Le commercial David HUBER a compris mon besoin et mon envie du moment et a su se rendre disponible jusqu à la livraison et même au delà. Avec une pointe d humour pour détendre l atmosphère. Je recommande vivement! Pour ce qui est du véhicule un xc40 full option j en suis enchantée et suis sur un petit nuage encore actuellement

Beaucoup de choix pour ceux qui veulent se renseigner sur les Xc40. On vous vendra au choix un XC40 essence, ou un autre XC40 essence ou alors essence en neuf, si tu veux un diesel neuf.....c'est pas possible. Je ne sais pas si c'est de leur fait ou un choix du constructeur...mais bon avec une carte grise qui gonfle comme la grenouille de la fable.....ça refroidit.

Toujours bien acceuilli . Même quand le personnel habituel n'est pas là . Fidèle client depuis de nombreuses années. Pour l'instant jamais déçu. Pourvu que ça dure . J'en suis à ma cinquième voiture chez eux .
