Best part of our trip ! We fell instantly in love with Rue Mouffetard and its amazing food and delightful vendors -- walking along the medieval cobblestone with our knowledgeable and oh-so-charming guide, we tasted, we tried, we ate, we drank, and we felt like this was the real Paris \dining\ we had looked forward to. After all the wonderful history, food, and excitement we enjoyed in Paris, this intimate experience was truly the frosting on the cake -- We can't wait to come back!

The sidewalk food tour led by Nico in Paris was the highlight of our trip. Nico is so knowledgeable of the history of Paris and French food and culture. My daughter, two nieces and myself enjoyed macaroons, coffee, oysters, cheese, crepes and even escargot as well as delicious wines. Truly a tasty and educational experience. Thanks Nico!
Highly recommend. We learned so much about the Parisian culture and Flânar: the French word describing leisurely journeying without the destination in mind. It’s the French way of life and engaging with their environment and people. Nico was personable, professional, knowledgeable, engaging, considerate and genuinely caring. The food was authentic, fresh and typical Parisian cuisine. Nico speaks perfect English and went above and beyond to immerse us in the Latin quarter. We would recommend to anyone who loves, food, history and culture.
I spent a lot of time researching food tours for our first trip to Paris, and I'm SO HAPPY I chose this one! This tour with Sidewalk Food Tours was definitely the best value compared to others and we had an AMAZING TIME. Truly a great experience with our local and knowledgeable guide Naomi! We stayed on streets where Parisians regularly shop. The food was diverse, the portions were very sizeable, and we left full and happy with a lot more knowledge about the history of Paris! Would 100% recommend! (FYI, this tour has many great reviews on TripAdvisor!)
This tour with Sidewalk Food Tours and in particular our guide Nico was the highlight of our 3 week trip through France and Italy. We have been telling any friends visiting Paris that this is a \must do experience.\ We wandered amongst the traders in Rue Mouffetard eating delicious macaroons, croissants, baguettes, coffee, cheese, crepes, charcuterie, seafood and wine for what seemed like a full day. Not only were we eating amazing dishes with great coffee and wine but Nico was providing a fantastic insight to the background of the food and an amazing overview of the history of the area and Paris. My family greatly enjoyed the Latin Quarter Food Tour with Louis. The quality and quantity of food was outstanding. It wasn’t just a wine, sausage and macaron tour but included so much more. We feel much better prepared to find the “good eats” throughout Paris and have already put our new knowledge to work. We learned a lot about the role of food in French society too. We especially appreciate Louis’s ability to engage our teenagers and make sure they had a great experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
