Great service: I had to cancel our holiday after an emergency cropped up, these guys refunded the money even though they were within their rights to keep the money. Very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys.

I had a fabulous instructor and learnt so much at Ski School! Would highly recommend, thank you Joce!
My 5yr old daughter learnt to ski for the 1st time with 360 at Samoens and we are very grateful to the guys for such a great experience. She is our youngest of 3 and before we used ESF which our eldest did not enjoy. I have highly recommend SKI360
Fabulous staff and teaching. Claire and Mel were excellent, patient and very friendly. Teaching was technical and extremely helpful with both wanting you to progress and enjoy the experience.
My son, 5 years old, took the 1ere glisse group lessons. Although he does not speak French nor English he did learn a lot during the lessons and was always happy at the end of the lessons. Thanks to Sylvain an Remi!
If you're looking for a ski school for young children, sadly I wouldn't recommend Ski School 360 (although it may be great for adult skiers). The booking process was good and they were very helpful. But the actual lessons didn't inspire confidence. The instructor seemed nice enough, but didn't seem very concerned with keeping our children safe or secure. In one week of lessons, my friend's son (age 5) wet himself as wasn't able to go to the toilet, smashed his face in falling off the ski lift, was left in the middle of the piste after lessons (I rescued him) and 'lost the group' on the last day. Each of these incidents could easily have been an unfortunate accident, but collectively seem rather too much like neglect. My own son (also 5) went off the lessons more each day (typically, it's the other way around with any kind of activity – he's not keen to start but warms up). He was so unhappy by day five that I didn't force him to attend the last day. He and my friend's son (the only two English children in the class) were always left at the back, and when I suggested they might have a turn at the front, was told \the problem is they all want to be at the front\. There were also 9 in the class, rather than the 8 maximum advertised. Having observed lessons and teachers on the slopes, and talked to other skiers with children in ski school, it appears that Zig Zag is by far the best option for English-speaking children. Sorry 360!
week 23rd - 31st March 2018 Although the guy who took our booking in the shop was very pleasant, the instructor was quite different. We had booked 3 teenagers for a week long group Snowboarding lesson. On the first day of the lessons both of our girls came off the mountain in tears as the instructor was so abusive towards them, with comments like \snowboarding is not for you try swimming\ and other much worse language and comments. The result being that one of the Girls found an excuse (injury) not to go back to her lesson. The other two persevered but the shouting and unhelpful comments persisted to the point that on the penultimate day of the lessons the second girl we had booked lessons for was shouted at so much and told to leave her lesson by the instructor on three occasions, that she eventually did. We did go to the office to lodge a complaint but the office was closed when we went on the Thursday afternoon and did not open on Fridays. May be the instructor had just had enough of the season, but no excuse. Not Helpful Not recommended Very disappointed.
Friendly and professional staff and instructors ..Great new website and booking system. See you in the Winter.
