Fraud? continued There is a procedure that if there is a problem with a Mercedes dealership that after trying to resolve the issue with the dealership that you proceed to Mercedes France, which I did. A lady from Mercedes France and I discussed my problem. She gave me her email, which doesn't exist and I gave mine; and she brought up my records on her computer so she knows all about me and where I live, phone number, etc. She said she would look into it and email me, which she has not done in a reasonable amount of time. I would certainly recommend that no one buy from any Mercedes dealer in the Grand Tarbes area as this vehicle originated from a different dealer, not this one. I have driven two loaner Mercedes for partial days since I bought this vehicle and both were used and the on board computer said that they were overdo by many months for their required Service A or B. This means that if you buy one, you won't have a legal warranty either and because of this, in my opinion, unscrupulous behavior by these Mercedes dealers, I wouldn't recommend buying a new vehicle either. If you know of an honorable Mercedes dealership, please let me know as this is not the manufacturer's fault but some greedy people owning dealerships. Regards

Recently you may have read that Mercedes Benz was fined two billion dollars by the U.S.A. for cheating the pollution controls laws there. Volkswagen was expected to be fined 30 billion dollars for the same crime. Mercedes said to their shareholders that it expects to pay this fine off within three years, which works out to about 8,000 per car sold in the U.S. When you purchase products from unscrupulous companies like these who don't care about their customers' or employees health or public laws, you are supporting their policies and greed. Also as this fine must be paid and in order for Mercedes and Volkswagen to pay their fines, you will be paying it for them in increased purchase prices. Me, I bought a used Mercedes from this very unscrupulous dealer and I have been fighting and arguing with them for fraudulently selling me a car that it said was covered by warranty when I showed them that the car had not been serviced properly for over 2 years (Mercedes service years) and it had gone without an oil change for the same amount of time. After taking my complaint to Mercedes France, this dealership fraudulently created new electronic service records to cover the period in question and after taking my car in for warranty service, it removed the notification from my car's computer without servicing it, that supports my claim and the previous certified electronic service records from Mercedes. These new fraudulent electronic service records did not exist for over two years (Mercedes Service Years) previously and I have two certified copies from this dealership that proves that these new fraudulent service records did, in fact, not exist. NO! I would not buy any vehicle from this dealership or ever get my vehicle serviced here!

Janvier 2017: Je me suis décidé à faire l'entretiens au même garage manque de temps pour aller à Pau (de toutes facons c'est le même groupe)... Aucun problème si ce n'est qu'ils devaient changer les bougies qui n'étaient pas en stock (mais selon eux elles sont encore bonnes... pas très logique tout ca...) ...je le ferai donc la prochaine fois (ou pas)...1 point pour le carwash Novembre 2016 : Service désastreux, Il a fallu 7 rendez-vous et un mois d'efforts pour régler un problème de régulateur de vitesse. 3 jours entiers de perdus pour le même problème. Affligeant et chronophage. Ne parlons même pas de leurs \voitures de courtoisie\ image à l'appuie... Prochaine fois je ferai la révision à Paris ou directement à Berlin ça ira plus vite...
