I used Smallable for my baby registry and I had a very positive experience. My orders arrived within 2-3 days and every item was perfect. Customer service was quick to respond to any inquiry I had. Will be a return customer, and I highly recommend their site! I even popped into the Paris boutique to check it out, super cute store- hard not to buy everything!

After making my purchase online, I was a little worried after reading all the reviews. However, soon after I made my order I received the tracking for my DHL package, and replies to my email queries from customer service. Received my package 1 week after I made the order, which was also 1 week earlier than scheduled (no complaints:) For a small independent retailer selling luxury brands, I can imagine it to be difficult to completely meet the demands on an international spectrum. Regardless, I received confirmation emails, tracking details, and my package in a timely fashion (to Melbourne, Australia). Very happy with my purchase (: x
Lovely store with a very good selection of my favourite children's clothing brands. The shop does not carry the full range online, but has a good representation and some beautiful women's pieces too.
I actually just had a great experience with my online order. I ordered 2 items (children's clothing) on Sunday, and receipt prompt confirmation of my order and shipping the next day. My order just arrived today (Wednesday) in perfect condition with a complimentary bag! The shipping was. a reasonable flat rate and arrived faster than most domestic online orders. :)

Returned my Order of 300 Eur in January. Didnt get my money back by now. Will change Comment, when I do have my Money back!!! Got my Money back. But had to pay for the Return Costs
I’ve made an order in October, returned the part back to the store, the size did not fit. Money has not been returned so far. Customer service does not work at all. Contacted twice with Elsa, she promised they would return the money in a couple of days. Still got nothing. I’ve sent a few emails again, it was ignored.
Great experience. My favorite kids store in Paris. Great selection of brands and nice sellers.
