Snake & Twist Lagree classes are my absolute FAVORITE class in Paris. I have been living here for 3 years (after moving from San Francisco) and constantly searching for a workout that really makes me feel good and Lagree (specifically Sammie's classes) has finally hit the mark. I love the upbeat music, the pace (fast pace), and the burn :). It is the closest thing I have found to a \US\ style workout here in France. I can't wait to start going back now that gyms have reopened.
