Vraiment, vraiment super service, il y a un an et demi j'ai acheté un appareil (réfrigérateur à compression 12 volts) qui s 'est avéré défaillant. Cela peut arriver. Après présentation du problème le SAV s'est démené et à fait le nécessaire auprès du constructeur. Celui-ci a été remplacé par retour, vraiment chapeau. Merci beaucoup au gestionnaire. CF
