Expert guidance from this shop when I bought some new snowboard boots. He took the time to properly measure & assess my feet and suggest boots that fit me. Can recommend the service and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
I cannot rate the Snow Coco customer service my wife and I received last season high enough; Pierre’s attention to detail with board, binding and boot set-up is second to none. Most important he will not just sell you any old product or kit that is not right for you. Having boarded for a quite a few years I thought I knew what I required; however, I was completely re-educated thanks to Pierre which greatly helped my riding. Now looking forward to next season and ordering a new Amplid from Snow Coco. Thanks again Pierre,
As a Freeride World Tour Athlete, it is difficult to find shops that have the equipment I need. I'm always looking for high performance snowboard boots and boot accessories. Snow Coco not only had a variety of boots that suited me, they also had the best binding stock I've seen in Europe. Finally, their expertise was exceptional and I learned many new tricks to use with boots. This will always be my go to snowboard shop in Europe. Also, they speak great English as I don't know any French!
Cannot recommend this place more for snowboard/ski hire, as a more experienced snowboarder I didnt want to get your beginner/standard type snowboard. We organised our snowboard hire via email with Pierre, he did not disappoint with mine and my partners setups we were both more than happy with what he provided us! will definitely use Pierre and Snow Coco again!
Great shop with great service. Offered some simple solutions to fix a problem with boot fit, rather than selling the most expensive solution straight away. Super!
