Completely incompetent staff, paid them 3 visits in order to get an account open. First time they told me what documents I need to bring. I came few days later with all the documents they asked for, the lady at the counter checked everything and said it was all fine, only that it’s already 3:45 pm and it’s too late to open a bank account (SERIOUSLY?!) and asked me to come before 2pm the next day. So here I come at 1, the bank is closed, apparently opens at 1:45... having to fill in 45 minutes somehow, I wasn’t very pleased, and I was completely outraged when they reopened, as the man at the counter told me that he cannot Do anything for me because they want another document from me (of course to get this you need to have your bank account open first!) how is it possible that one person said all the paperwork was fine and another person said it is not? Are they all dumb and incompetent? Is this really what ‘customer satisfaction - our priority’ or whatever you have written on your counters means to you? Needless to say I’m not going back.
