Traveling Yogi. I was in Paris for a short business trip and I’m really glad I found this studio. I usually practice and teach in London and was worried it wouldn’t be hot and sweaty enough. But the heat was amazing! True Bikram heat. The teaching is top quality and they have a good range of Bikram classes in the evening. The studio itself is really nice, and showers are a dream and nice transition room \u200d️

Excellent yoga studio in central Paris. I have only tried their Bikram hot yoga. Helpful and friendly instructors. Classes are normally taught in French (although they also have some in Japanese)
I highly recommend this center, for me it is the best in Paris and also the best I tried in many cities around Europe. The founder Helen is really a fantastic teacher, her classes are tough, she corrects you all the time and you can tell how passionate she is about Bikram. A special heads up to her class with music, very fun and original. Each teacher has its own good thing, so I think is good to try different teachers. I’ve been going there for almost 3 years and because I move out of Paris I have to stop and I miss them already! Ps. Also the center is pretty, very clean and smells good (always a plus for a bikram center)
This studio is probably the best Bikram Yoga studio I’ve ever practiced at, and I’ve practiced at over thirty, some really good, but I’ve got to say, this is one of if not the best. First, it is always, always immaculately clean, from the changing rooms to the studio floor, immaculate. The facilities are top notch – it’s almost like you’re experiencing a spa – and I can’t really explain it, but I can feel an artistic ambience throughout this place. The entrance area is set up as a lounge, with comfortable and classy seating areas to sit and remove your shoes before class or sit and sip complementary tea after. The men’s ample changing area is down one flight of stairs, where it has a separate lavatory section, a large shower area with complementary body soap (many of the southern European studios do not provide soap), and lockers with complementary lock and keys. Before entering the hot room, you first pass through a transition room (I’ve never seen this anywhere else), which is set up like a sauna with wood bench seating around the sides and a fountain in the middle (for filling up your water bottle, how cool is that). I always relax here before entering the hot room and cool down here afterward. The hot room itself has a rubber type floor and complementary yoga mats that are prearranged before you enter – you simply pick your mat/spot. This room is always immaculately cleaned after every class (I think we’ll all agree, this is very important when practicing hot yoga). The instructors are all absolutely superb, every one of them. If you consider Paris to be the best of the cultured world, which I do, this studio is by far the best of Bikram in Paris. Even if I’m in a bad mood, I always leave this place feeling good.
I did a 30 day trial, it was good but I received no formal document or card stating when it ended. I did what I thought was my last lesson included in the trial only to be told afterwards that I had to pay for that lesson which is a third of the trial cost. I'm disappointed in how this all ended.
I have been trying different Bikram class in paris, l'espace Bikram yoga is the best one !! I can't say enough great things about this wonderful l'espace Bikram yoga : Very clean and cosy /zen place .Amazing yoga teachers, Special HELENE and FRED. They lead with their hearts and guid you inspired by their give, thoughtful, heartful and wise. they connect with everyone in the class, they have a way with words, they love yoga, works on the mind, the body and the spirit, they let their authentic personality shine through, they cater to all levels, they share their knowledge, they share their light !!! Come try a class, you won't regret !!
I agree that the space is lovely. It's clean, new and very zen with free lockers in the changing rooms, free use of yoga mats and a nice 'transition room' that you can access before class. The practice room has large windows so a lot of natural light coming in. Definitely one of the nicest studios I've come across in Paris. The Bikram classes are standard and well taught overall. I went to classes taught by Dana and Sachiko and both were very good. The flow classes with Sachiko were really nice as has a gentle but firm command of the class and even finishes with an \Om\. Very enjoyable overall. Frederic (the owner?) is nice but his classes are a DISASTER. I went to both his flow and Yin classes. He spent half the Yin class just talking, then went around aggressively pushing body parts into place. I personally don't like being touched and especially not in a manner that could cause injury! His flow class was even worse. He was so concerned about showing off his chaturangas that he didn't even teach them properly (skipped the part where you lower yourself to the ground). Then in a downward dog, he came to \correct\ me, which consisted of him putting his entire hands between my upper thighs!!!! I immediately told him I didn't want to be corrected (and felt incredibly violated). His ego then seemed to be bruised because he rushed through the rest of class without even looking at the students. One of them actually just stood up and watched him do his yoga routine because she was so lost. He should just stick to running the studio, not giving classes! I highly suggest he refrain from inappropriately touching students as well.
