Our cat fell from the 4th floor, and they were very efficient and understanding at the clinic (and it happened on a bank holiday...). They took her right away, as a matter of urgency. Dr Azria took great care of our cat, and reassured me. The cat is recovering well and we expect her to get well soon. A bit of a miracle though.
