The landlady was nice, and so were their noodles (though my choice might be a little bit too spicy...). Unfortunately there was a decidedly oddball among their employees who has the ability of speaking Chinese but refused to. Cannot figure it out why: isn't language just a tool for communication? Or maybe he stubbornly thought everyone living in Europe must speak French.

Food so hot, I burn my mouth every single time. and I keep coming back for more. The noodles is made fresh everyday, every hour, if not more frequently. Everything else is also very fresh. The food tastes amazing. Staff are friendly and efficient. Service is fast, even during busy times. The whole operation is quite efficient and professional. I loved the way they pack takeaway noodles. Great place for true flavours of China!!
We took skin tofu and dumplings as starters and it was very good. Two soups after were quite good as well, especially because they make noodles by themselves. But shrimps in the soup were either not fresh or overcooked. It was impossible to clean them. A waiter was informed, but no reaction followed.
Sichuan spicy ramen is the best. The dumplings are also amazing.
They make artisan noodles live. Very good food.

We ordered this to our hotel room on a rainy, cold night after eating market food all day. It was sooooo good that I want to eat it tomorrow night too! The lotus wasn’t as I remembered having it in Beijing, but the beef noodles and the beef soup were both just totally amazing! Yum!!
