I cannot recommend this gym enough, it is simply the best gym I have ever been to. Amazing selection of weights, both free weights and machines, which supported all of the workouts I have done. The machines are relatively new and there are a lot of them, so no need to wait for others to get off, and there are more than enough dumbbells and free weights for people lifting both light and heavy. The trainers and staff are some of the nicest and down to earth people I have met as well. While most of them are not fluent in English, they try hard and the message gets across, so this was very welcoming as an English speaking tourist. One staff member showed us the proper techniques to using the machines, and was very friendly :) We got to know Marie, who is fluent in English, was very friendly and showed us the ropes of the gym, and even gave us advice on how to improve our workouts and training. As for classes, we only ever attended the cardioboxing class around 5-6 times, and they have options for both beginners and the more athletic, so no matter your level, you're feeling tired at the end of the workout. Mr Panza even attended most of them, who is very and friendly and did a good job in motivating us and showing us how to correctly do workouts. Tldr: Very friendly staff, many machines and weights, great classes. I wish there was a Panza gym near me back home. 5/5 stars.

Salle à très bon potentiel mais un peux trop vieillot, c’est sûr cela rajoute un charme mais cela a ses limites. Quand vous allez faire des tractions sur la barre dans la salle du haut et que vous vous retrouvez avec des copeaux de peinture sur les mains, c’est vraiment pas terrible et ça donne juste envie de se barrer. Pourquoi ne pas la remplacer par une barre sans peinture comme ça, plus de problèmes ?... De même la salle au RDC à droite avec l’espace libre, boxe et les cordes mériterait un peu plus d’aération.. Néanmoins on a une équipe incroyable et gentil et ça c’est super !

Bonne surprise. Salle de sport à \l'ancienne\, on y va pour bosser et pas pour la frime. Chouette ambiance également. Dommage que les sanitaires soient un peu vieillots
