This place is between upscale and mid-range, closer to the former. The food is inspired by French (mostly local) cuisine, creatively served. The \formule\ option is priced lower than a similarly sized meal combined from the a-la carte part. The quality is high, although the steak could have been much more tender, considering its price point. Recommend asking for wine pairings with chosen dishes. Service is discreet and attentive, but since you're in France don't expect it to be fast or even reasonably expedient - rather, prepare for a slow-paced evening of leisurely chats and occasional intake.
