Stayed here for two years while studying in Grenoble. Good location near the business school, and brand new building. Always very clean and well run. Also the building manager is great! Would definitely recommend.

been living here for 2 years and now leaving. this residence is really clean and new. sound insulation is good so you don't actually hear the noise from the club nearby. Highly recommend X06 room on each floor, coz you got a huge bathroom ;)

A very nice place to live. Modern and clean building, the rooms are in good condition. Friendly receptionist. The supermarket is very close. Nice location, I feel comfortable in this part of the town.

Best student accommodation. I stayed at this place for 3 months and never did I face any issues. The residence has all the facilities required at a walking distance- be it grocery stores, eateries, tram station, train station etc. The residence is safe and clean. M. Randolph Rocha (Responsable de Residence) is very polite and welcoming. Since I was new to the place, I had bothered him with numerous queries and he was always happy to help. Thank you so much for a lovely comfortable stay.
