OYAK makes life at Taizé a tiny bit more comfortable. Open weird hours (others have posted photos of the schedule but I have added mine just to keep it up to date) because it is staffed by volunteers and young people who have other obligations in the day. Keep this in mind before expecting speedy or super competent service; these kids have a few minutes training and are not paid! Prices are astounding (also added a copy of the current - as of June 2019 - price list) but you get what you pay for when it comes to drinks. TINY cups of wine and beer, and you are only allowed ONE serving of alcohol per person per opening time! Very annoying, but understandable in light of the purpose of the community. Coffee and tea are kind of sad too, but if you are desperate for that caffeine it’s a life saver. Cakes and snacks are quite nice though! WiFi is unreliable, but again, more than nothing and why are you at Taizé if you just want to be on your Facebook all day? Also, queuing system is weird. Soft drinks here, alcohol there, hot drinks another, snacks here and here but not here, ice cream over there...! I actually enjoyed the tea from the automatic machine (available anytime) the most lol!

Very nice place, small bar with soft drinks, beer, wine, cider, a few things from local production, also pizza nad crepe. Prices are low. But the most important are people who come there, the international group of people in every age, having fun

It's very cute and can hold quite many customers. Selection of stuff to buy is small but very cheap. It's also accessible. And there is wifi!

One may get small snacks such as crepes nd crisps here during the opening hours. A pictures of the (weird) opening hours is attached to this review. The items are sold here at an extremely low price such as 30 cents for a piece of cake. One has to get a token and then stand in line for the hot snacks such as crepe. Around the corner is another line for the coffee. A coffee machine is available next to the counter even outside d shop timings. Free wifi is there until 8pm. Cold drink machines are next to the public toilets.

Products sold without profit. Those who work here are volunteers. The schedules are tight and the queue is long, which is understandable of course, but still not a pleasant point. It has fair trade and organic products. A mandatory stop for all who stays in Taizé.a
