How to start. First the woman at the front desk was rude, disrespectful. When we told her we are from the US and don't have a French insurance she looked at me and said \We are in France here\... Really I didn't notice that... Then my wife started to feel really bad she needed to lay down. When she finally came I told her to do something because she almost fainted on me a few seconds before. She just looked at me straight in my eyes and said. Come on... She was fine when she came here! She won't faint... Of course people go to the ER when they feel fine... Besides that the team who took care of my wife was doing a great job. This hospital needs a bigger crew and they need to do something about the building and the equipment.

Rushed to Urgence Care facility with arm and chest pain. Immediately was given EKG and blood tests and a room for a 4 hour watch. They determined no cardiac damage and arranged an outpatient visit with a cardiologist in one day. Followed by a stress test. All immediate, thorough, well organized and cost less than my American co-pay for the same service.

J'ai été amené à l'hôpital par les pompiers suite à une chute à travers une tôle en fibrociment ancienne. 11 côtes cassées rate touchée, hémorragie, entorse à l'épaule... Réanimation puis pneumologie. Merci pour la prise en charge. Merci pour l'empathie et les soins. Le personnel est attentif. Au début je ne mangeais rien mais j'ai aussi apprécié la cuisine. Excellente. Je ne vous dis pas \à bientôt\ mais je vous salue...

Service de pédiatrie d'une bienveillance incroyable. L'équipe est formidable, tout comme le docteur Dan chirurgien ortho. Ma petite fille a été très bien pris en charge à l'hôpital.

Un désastre ! Un accueil déplorable, le médecin qui me prend en charge m’incendie parce que je viens pas pour une urgence, malgré des excuses c’est mal passé ! Après tout c’est vrai que j’aime me balader au urgence à 4h du matin alors que je bosse le lendemain ! Déclare une entorse sans même m’avoir fait une radio et me dis d’appeler le lendemain pour la faire. Franchement une honte, si on vous embête quitter votre job et faire une réorientation !

Tous les avis sont respectables, cependant dans l'urgence notre tante a dû être hospitalisée et nous avons apprécié la qualité irréprochable de la prise en charge dans le service gériatrie court séjour. Tout y a été parfait, le personnel prévenant et à l'écoute, un grand merci à toute l'équipe
