Two tours that were one of the highlights of trip! Matt at Taste du Languedoc was a fantastic host, he was courteous, professional and full of interesting information on Languedoc-Roussillon. My family and I went on two tours, the first was a journey around Carcassone, Limoux and Corbiere while the second was around the black mountains (truffle tasting!) and Minervois. Matt laid on two fantastic tours with a mixture of some amazing vineyards and other stops including some fabulous restaurants and other activities such as truffle and cheese tasting! My family and I cannot highly recommend Matt and his company highly enough! I would 100% recommend Taste du Languedoc’s tours visitors to the region from novice all the way through to expert wine connoisseurs!
