The taxi was reserved by a friend because we don't speak much French and I confirmed it through email. The cab arrived on time exactly, the driver was very friendly, helpful, safe and quick. Furthermore, he had a good selection of music during the drive. He also spoke English quite well, certainly much better than our French. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will use this company again when we will be back in Strasbourg.

BEWARE: I don't know if all of their driver's are thieving ripoff artists, but the one we got had obviously pulled this stunt before. I didn't get his name, but the taxi was a toyota hybrid (I think) and the number was B2380JQ. This was around 11h00 on Sunday April 15th 2018. Before making the reservation, I asked how much the trip would cost. He answered \about 25\. We got into the car and he starts patting his pockets and pretends like he forgot his money and credit card machine. When I noticed the counter was rapidly closing on 15 and we hadn't even gotten half way I checked the trip on wayze and asked him what was up. He started saying that the estimate was never accurate and it could be a little more. It was clear it would have cost over 50 by the time we reached the destination and we only had 35 on us. I tried to ask him nicely why the discrepancy and what he planned to do about it and he started saying he has a boss to report to and I would pay whatever the meter says etc... We drove on fore a while and I demand he stop when the meter hit 35. He wouldn't stop until I opened the door and their was a cop car coming the opposite way. We were only just past half way. I threw the 35 at him and we carried our two 75KG bags the remaining 3KM to our destination.

Service plus que parfait. J'ai appelé pour réserver un taxi en dernière minute pour ma mère ( mobilité réduite) qui était dans une autre ville. Non seulement le paiement à distance a été possible et j'ai pu payer pour elle qui n'avait pas de monnaie mais en plus la rapidité et la qualité du service ont permis à ma mère d'avoir son train...Le tout géré en moins de 15min entre mon appel et la fin de prise en charge pour ma mère.. c'était moins une...parfait vraiment...et grand plus : le chauffeur du taxi m'a gentiment rappelé pour m'assurer qu'il avait bien déposé ma mère à destination..bel élan d'humanité que je salue et recommandé vivement bravo et merci sincèrement...

Franchement le meilleur taxi de Strasbourg mieux qu'une limousine et moins cher que Uber que demander de plus le chauffeur trop bon , amusant , poli et sympathique bonne musique et le chauffage avec ce froid je me suis pris pour le président de Strasbourg
Excellente le service, voiture propre et spacieuse, chauffeur accueillant et très ponctuel. Je recommande.
