I was stranded with no where else to turn - not even hotels. I only wanted to stay in a warm corridor for the night before leaving early in the morning when transport resumes. I needed immediate urgent accommodation just for that night. Still they said no and that I should have applied beforehand with a third party like CCAS. (UPDATE) It turned out that the place is a shelter for minors and I was too old to stay. My bad
