Amazing place. A must visit for those who are interested in History. Spent there almost all day .The details and the amount of equipment are breathtaking and the way the information is displayed makes it accessible for a large public, for different ages and in different languages. One of our best visited places in Paris. Place was super clean. Tickets rate is 14euros. Outside there's hotel available for snacks and food.

Amazing place. A must visit for those who are interested in History. Spent there almost all day (during the operations hours of the museum) and still did not manage to visit all exhibitions. The details and the amount of equipment are breathtaking and the way the information is displayed makes it accessible for a large public, for different ages and in different languages. The WW1 and WW2 exhibitions were ones of the best.

This is really good, well laid out Museum, which took us 4 hours to go round it. A lot of items are behind glass. It makes it harder to get good images if that's your thing, but does not really spoil your visit. We will come back next April as we enjoyed it that much.

All the military history brought under one roof. It is a well organized museum that cover the French Army history by video, sounds, images, paints, armors, cloths, weapons, forts’ models, and much more. Simply it is one of the best!

There is absolutely nothing to say. This place is a heaven in the heart of Paris. Its architecture might be one of the most elegant I have seen in years, in my life even. The Cathedral has a very soft and warm accoustic, it is a real pleasure to attend symphonies inside. I felt like I was in another world, a place I'd like to pass the rest of my days.

Not very well laid out, with very few English translations. We almost missed it percent of the Eldon's because there was not clear signage as to where everything was. The best part of the exhibit was reading the few English descriptions of the two world wars from a French point of view. If you want to go to a great, comprehensive war museum, the Imperial War Museum in London is the one to go to. One of the best museums anywhere about any thing.

Great Museum, great expositions. The French Republic has participated a lot in various wars, there is a collection of weapons, uniforms, accessories, etc.from different eras and territories. Orders, medals and other distinctions can be seen next to the bibliography of their owners. The exhibits are located on 3 floors of the Museum. After visiting the Museum's exhibits, you should definitely visit the tomb of Bonaparte Napoleon
