Food is good yet they need to clean up the place and keep some minimum hygiene standards

Definitely not the best KFC I've been to. I realize it's a franchise and chains aren't going to be the best but like others have mentioned even the menu is not what you'd find in most other places. Salad was definitely not good and may in fact have been a day or two old. On the positive side the chicken was well cooked and you wouldn't get sick (of course...) To be honest what bothered me the most as a foreigner, is that it's not clear whether you have to use the machines to order or you can simply pop over to place an order with one of their staff. French people are not known for queening and consequently the fact that the screens aren't working makes it difficult to know whether it's your turn to pick up your food or not. I have found the staff to be very good though and patient. Service is very good indeed. I liked that they were polite and willing to help.
food took a while to cook cause of some issue at the kitchen, got free ice cream. but the food didnt taste good which is unfortunate as I really love KFC

Good KFC. Not sure why, but KFC in Europe tastes a lot better than than KFC in the US. It's the standard KFC place here, plenty of seating, good accessibility, near shopping.
