Absolutely terrible customer service and overblown ego behind the counter. When I spoke to the manager on the phone, he was even worse. Took no responsibility for a mistake on the company’s end. Their solution was to strand us for six hours. We walked over to Avis and were immediately taken care of- kindly and quickly.

Had the most horrible experience with Entreprise. They cancelled our reservation without any warning, leaving us stranded here and offering no apologies or solutions. When we expressed our anger and frustration, they acted as if they were trying to find a solution, which was to have us wait 6 hours for a new car, ignoring the fact that we had already made a reservation, and that this mistake was on them, and for them to rectify. They did not take responsibility for their actions, they didn’t try to work with us. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of it all, they had a horrible, pompous attitude about the whole mistake (their mistake).

Staff perpetrating insurance fraud. The salesperson repeated her insurance pitch to us so many times we thought it was really odd, but we only figured out what was going on when we returned the car. Her colleague went directly to the underside of the front bumper and \discovered\ a scratch of the type that would come from direct contact from an object (like towing equipment for example). During our 4 day rental the car did not enter into contact with anything and was only parked in private parkings, this scratch was clearly pre-existing. Needless to say when we took possession of the car, we did not check under the bumper. Despite its improbable location, when we returned the car the staff immediately checked under the bumper, before anything else, making it clear to us they knew of the scratch before our rental and were looking for customers to assume the repair cost via insurance.

J'ai loué un véhicule dans cette agence en Septembre 2020. Ayant choisi un SUV le véhicule n'était pas disponible, le directeur d'agence m'a appelé rapidement pour m'expliquer la situation, une voiture de substitution a été trouvé mais qui ne correspondait pas à ma demande. Afin de satisfaire mes besoins le directeur a rapidement réagit et j'ai pu profiter d'un véhicule encore plus grand qu'il a fait ramener d'une autre agence, à un prix raisonnable. Je recommande pour la réactivité, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme de cette jeune équipe.
