Choronopost service 31200 Toulouse so bad. Always so incompetent. Parcel not delivered home or notice of passage. I work at home. Chronopost does not make another delivery so point relay. Easier for the delivery person and time saved for the company.

Worst postal service ever! Delivery guy lied by saying no one was present when package was supposed to be delivered in a Spar which is opened from 8:30AM to 21:00!! Incompetance at it's finest!!
Utter and abject rubbish service. Impossible to contact. Liars and cheats. Only gave them one star because there is no zero or negative option! Nightmare! They should be closed down asap!
Very friendly and helpful staff
This facility is the biggest you can have. Huge place with lots of employees. I had to go there to pick up a parcel o ordered from London. They dealt with the matter urgently. I only went there because their delivery driver messed up with my product at the first place. Other than that, it's very good.
Terrible, terrible terrible the worst service I've ever seen! All there promise and service are liars! You won't get your package at time and 90% they will lose it and you won't get ever
