Loved the dining experience. The restaurant was nice and cosy. The food was delicious everything was fresh and home-made including the bread. The owner Santy is the chef and performs beautifully. I was mesmerised during the concert while sipping Sicilian wine. They catered to my lactose free diet. Highly recommended. Rsvp required as they only open for dinner on Fridays and Saturday. Even received a thank you message from the owners the following day!

Excellent food from Sicily - great guitar music
Great restaurant and music but you have to book beforewards or else ot s crowded.
Great atmoshpere! Short after we received the delicious Sicilian starters, Santi began playing (or rather "living") his guitar. After the wonderful concert, the delicious and very various Sicilian bufet was oppened. We got suggested one Sicilian wine for my girlfriend and one for myself, and it was literally perfect for each of us' tastes!!! I thank the whole L'ouverture crew that made it possible for me to taste Sicilian food and the music culture. At the end, it's not only your stomack but also your soul getting full :)
Amazing time with friends
Ma femme et moi avons décidé d’aller à l’Ouverture après être passés devant lors d’une promenade. Le petit restaurant semblait charmant juste en guettant par la porte vitrée. Bingo ! C’était une soirée parfaite. L’apéro succulent, le concert envoûtant et le menu Sicilien était une véritable explosion de saveurs. 35 Euros par personne est plus que raisonnable quand on considère qu’un concert de ce niveau à la halle aux grains coute environ 40 Euros sans même avoir un verre d’eau inclus. Santy a joué environ 30 min de guitare classique mais personnellement j’avais l’impression que ces 30 min se sont envolées… On reviendra c’est certain mais je demanderai à Santy de jouer 5 min de plus!
Acceuil chaleureux, nourriture sicilienne détonante et généreuse comme je l'aime. Le petit plus, le set de guitare, avec un coup de coeur pour le morceau de la Traviata de Verdi.
Super endroit. On a beaucoup aimé le concept. Profité maintenant l'endroit va bientôt fermé. Je vous souhaite du bonheur dans votre vie sur Londres
